Below you will find information on how to return products:
- For fast and correct processing, it is important that you return the item together with the fully completed return form. You can download the return form in our webshop (Downloads), or by clicking here.
- You have 14 days right of return (or approval period). Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (assuming it is a mistake on our part). Returns that have not been notified in advance may be refused or € 7.50 administrative costs will be charged.
- Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Tralert is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the post office for a tracking code and keep it safe.
We ask that you include the invoice (or a copy of the invoice).
- Once we receive your returned item, we will begin processing it and send you a confirmation email within 2 days. Credit (not in warranty cases) for the purchase amount you paid will be issued within 5 days.
- Do not forget to stamp the packaging sufficiently! We will not accept returns that are sent to Tralert freight collect or with insufficient postage. You are responsible for the return shipment. Your claim will be processed within two days of receipt.
